- All custom shades are made to your specifications and typically ship 4 to 5 business days after ordering
- All orders are placed on a 24-hour hold before being sent to the factory to allow changes to be made on measurement or color, if necessary
- Please allow 1 to 7 additional business days for shipping
- Express shipping does not change the production time
