How do I measure for roman shades?
For inside mount, measure the width and height of your window frame in three places (top, middle, bottom for width; left, center, right for height). Use the smallest measurements. For outside mount, measure the area you want to cover, adding 3-4 inches beyond the window frame on each side for optimal light blocking.
What's the difference between light filtering and blackout?
Light filtering fabrics gently diffuse natural light while maintaining privacy - perfect for living rooms and kitchens. Blackout fabrics block 99% of light, making them ideal for bedrooms, media rooms, or any space where you need complete darkness and maximum privacy.

Shades are custom-made to your specifications. Production typically takes 5-7 business days, and shipping takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Since shades are custom-made to your measurements, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. We recommend ordering fabric samples first to confirm color and material. If there is a defect, contact us within 30 days for a replacement.

Motorized shades add convenience, cordless safety, and smart home flexibility. They are especially useful for hard-to-reach windows, large rooms, and scheduled automation. Our motorized options include rechargeable batteries that typically last 6-12 months.
