Most LuxDrape products are custom made to order, crafted according to your specific measurements and preferences.

Shipping Origin

LuxDrape products ship from different locations depending on the product type:

Custom Products (Drapes & Shades)
Custom curtains and shades are made to order and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.

Hardware & Accessories
Curtain rods, rings, clips, and other hardware items are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

Fabric Swatches & Sample Booklets
Fabric samples and booklets are shipped from our U.S. warehouse for faster delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (EST, GMT-5), Monday–Friday, will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

All production and shipping timelines listed on this page are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on:

• Shades (Roman Shades, Bamboo / Woven Shades)

Note: Sample booklets incur a flat shipping fee of $3.99 USD.

Shipping Address

Fabric swatches can be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Curtains, shades, and hardware orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the carrier name and tracking number.

You can track your order through the Track Order page or by visiting the carrier’s official website.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the product type and destination, orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we carefully inspect every order before shipment, damage or loss may occasionally occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged or cannot be located, please follow these steps:

Take photos showing the damage or describe the issue.
Contact the shipping carrier.
Email us at contact@luxdrape.com with your order information and photos.

Our team will assist in locating your shipment or arranging a replacement if necessary.
