Create a LuxDrape account or sign in with your email, then visit My rewards. Any eligible signup points are awarded under the current program rules.
Where can I see my points?
Open Account → My rewards to see available points, pending points, recent activity, and any rewards you have already redeemed.
How do I use my points?
Choose Redeem points in your account and confirm an available reward. Copy the code or choose Apply to bag, then check your order summary before checkout.
Can I combine rewards with a sale code?
Review each reward’s discount conditions before using it. Some rewards cannot be combined with other offers, and applying a reward can replace the codes already in your bag.
Do points or rewards expire?
Expiry depends on the program and the reward. Check any expiry date shown in My rewards. Contact our team if you need help with a balance or code.
What if an activity or reward is missing?
Some activities need verification before points are available. Check pending points and your recent activity, then contact our team using the email associated with your account.
