How do I measure for custom drapes?
Enter the total coverage width without multiplying for fullness. For a pair, this width is divided into two equal panels. Measure finished length from the bottom of the installed track to the desired curtain endpoint; for a planned installation, account for hardware height and floor clearance.
How does the Snap Tape heading work?
Pre-spaced snaps attach to compatible carriers beneath the included traverse rod, creating continuous, even waves. Fixed 100% fullness uses approximately 2× fabric. The snap spacing is 4¼″ and carrier spacing is 2⅛″.
Which lining should I choose?
Compare the current lining options in the configurator and lining guide. Ratings apply to the lining material; face fabric and gaps around the window affect the finished room. Check samples in daylight and with room lights on at night.
How long until I receive my order?
Each drapery panel is handcrafted to your specifications. Production takes 5–7 business days, and shipping takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Custom-made orders include free shipping.
Can I return custom drapery?
Custom drapery that matches the confirmed order is not returnable for customer measurement errors or changes of mind. Report wrong or faulty items within 30 days of delivery, or arrival damage within 3 days, with your order number and photos. Review the Refund Policy before ordering.
