The Function of Adjustable Curtain Rods

Telescopic Design: The rod consists of two or more segments that slide into each other. This design allows you to extend or retract the rod to match your window's width.

Adjustment Mechanism: To adjust the length, twist or pull the segments until the desired length is achieved. Some models have locking mechanisms to secure the rod in place.

Installation: Mounting brackets are installed on the wall, and the rod is placed onto these brackets. Depending on the design, the rod may rest directly on the brackets or be secured with additional hardware.

Rings: Curtains are hung using curtain rings—depends on your curtain length.

Components of the Single Curtain Rod

Brackets: Suitable for wall mount only.
Main Rod: 43- 70 cm(17''-27'')
Extender: 40 cm (16'')

The actual length will be slightly longer than the specified dimensions.

How to Connect the single curtain rod?

To cover wider windows, the 40 cm (17'') extension rods can be joined end-to-end as needed.
Please note that a main rod and two endcaps are necessary components for each full installation.

What Is Covered (During the Warranty Period)

This warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship, and internal mechanisms under normal residential use for, so long as the product is installed in accordance with our installation instructions.

Parts: Replaceable parts include, but are not limited to, the bracket, safety buckle, operational cords and chains, and motorization components. Parts replaced at no charge.

Fabric and Slats: Coverage for fabric tears or defects, fabric detachment from slats, and warped or broken slats. Product remade or replaced at no charge.

Internal Mechanism: Product not raising/lowering or loss of tension. Product remade at no charge.

What's Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear & tear (examples: normal fading from sunlight, fraying of fabric, loss of color intensity, damage from water, insects or pets, deterioration of operation mechanisms over time).

This limited warranty does not cover any damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.

This also does not warrant that the products won't be obsolete at some point in the future.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

- Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to impact, improper handling, environmental exposure, or third-party actions.

What We Will Do

Repair or Replace: Should your product be confirmed defective, LuxDrape will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge, or offer an alternative solution deemed appropriate.

Product Discontinuation: If a replacement is required for a discontinued product still under warranty, we will provide a substitute that closely matches the original. For multi-shade orders, only the defective item will be addressed. Every effort will be made to match the original specifications.

*This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether written or oral. We shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component before providing a replacement. To process a warranty claim, proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or payment record) and photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.

The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may not apply in all states, as laws vary by location. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state.
