What is Covered

The LuxDrape Lifetime Limited Warranty protects your Custom Drapery against:

Defects in materials or workmanship
Failure to operate under normal use
Fabric delamination

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse, or product alterations
Exposure to sun, wind, moisture, or water
Fading or discoloration over time
Alteration/Modification of any kind
Improper measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance
Shipping charges, or the cost of removal and reinstallation

What We Will Do

Repair or Replace: If we find your product has a defect, LuxDrape will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge to you.
Product Discontinuation: If a replacement is required for a discontinued product still under warranty, we will provide a substitute that closely matches the original. For multi-shade orders, only the defective item will be addressed. Every effort will be made to match the original specifications.

Our Free 2-Year Limited Warranty comes standard with every residential purchase. This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and is non-transferable. The warranty begins from the delivery date shown in shipping records.

4-Year Limited Warranty ($25.99)

Our 4-Year Limited Warranty comes standard with every residential purchase. This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and is non-transferable. The warranty begins from the delivery date shown in shipping records.

6-Year Limited Warranty ($49.99)

Our 6-Year Limited Warranty comes standard with every residential purchase. This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and is non-transferable. The warranty begins from the delivery date shown in shipping records.

What Is Covered (During the Warranty Period)

This warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship, and internal mechanisms under normal residential use for, so long as the product is installed in accordance with our installation instructions.

Parts: Replaceable parts include, but are not limited to, the bracket, safety buckle, operational cords and chains, and motorization components. Parts replaced at no charge.
Fabric and Slats: Coverage for fabric tears or defects, fabric detachment from slats, and warped or broken slats. Product remade or replaced at no charge.
Internal Mechanism: Product not raising/lowering or loss of tension. Product remade at no charge.

What's Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear & tear (examples: normal fading from sunlight, fraying of fabric, loss of color intensity, damage from water, insects or pets, deterioration of operation mechanisms over time).
This limited warranty does not cover any damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.
This also does not warrant that the products won't be obsolete at some point in the future.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to impact, improper handling, environmental exposure, or third-party actions.

What We Will Do

Repair or Replace: Should your product be confirmed defective, LuxDrape will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge, or offer an alternative solution deemed appropriate.
Product Discontinuation: If a replacement is required for a discontinued product still under warranty, we will provide a substitute that closely matches the original. For multi-shade orders, only the defective item will be addressed. Every effort will be made to match the original specifications.

*This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether written or oral. We shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component before providing a replacement. To process a warranty claim, proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or payment record) and photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.

The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may not apply in all states, as laws vary by location. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state.

Our factory will make a 3/8" deduction from the total width. Please do not make your own deductions. The 3/8" deduction applies to the headrail width, not the fabric width.
If the width has a 1/16" or 1/32" increment, round it down to the nearest 1/8"

No minimum depth requirement
Ordered Width= Outside Headrail Width
Please add 4 to 6 inches to the measured width of the sash to avoid light gaps
For height, add 4 inches to the measurement

ShapeLock is a technique that helps curtains hold their shape and pleats over time. Through steaming and setting, the fabric retains a crisp, elegant look - open or closed - adding lasting polish to any space. Utilizing high-temperature pressing, this treatment helps the fabric maintain a consistent and structured appearance, ensuring that the pleats or folds stay in place.

Size Limitations

Option 1:

Maximum width: No size limitation (Widths over 53 inches require side seaming.)
Maximum height: <= 275 inches

Option 2:

Maximum single panel width: <= 160 inches
Maximum height: <= 106 inches

Please ensure your custom size falls within one of the above ranges. If your size exceeds these limits, seaming will be required.

Header Limitations

Header styles not supported: inverted box pleated, rod pocket, grommet, back tape, flat hooks, 4 in 1, tab top and ripple fold. Learn more about training process

Custom Valance

The default valance height is 6", with a minimum of 3". For any size between 3" - ", please leave an order note.

Back valance (Cordless Bamboo Shade)

Front valance (Cordedless Bamboo Shade)

Not Recommended: Outside shade with a back valance

An outside-mounted shade with a back valance may leave small light gaps on both sides. If you want complete blackout when fully lowered, it's not recommended.

We strongly recommend adding edge binding for the Woven Bamboo Collection, as the natural fibers of these fabrics can cause the edges to unravel over time.

If the bamboo shades does not have bindings on the sides, the edges may easily become damaged. To ensure your bamboocurtain lasts longer, we recommend adding edge binding.
