Terms & Conditions

The LuxDrape Trade Program is a professional purchasing program operated by LuxDrape ("LuxDrape," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying for membership, accepting approval, or using a trade discount code, you agree to these Trade Program Terms & Conditions and the LuxDrape Terms of Service.

The program provides a product discount and professional support. It does not provide a sales commission, referral fee, rebate, or other cash compensation.

The program is intended for U.S.-based interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, developers, home stagers, hospitality and procurement teams, retailers, distributors, resellers, and other qualified professionals who specify or purchase custom window treatments for client, commercial, or resale projects.

Applicants must provide accurate, current business information. We may request reasonable professional verification, including a business website, portfolio, business license, resale certificate, or relevant professional credential. Submission does not guarantee approval, and LuxDrape may approve or decline an application at its discretion.

Approved members receive a personal code for 30% off eligible, full-price custom window treatments. Unless LuxDrape states otherwise, the discount applies to the configured product price of eligible custom drapery, Roman shades, woven shades, and built-in configuration options before shipping and tax.

There is no minimum order value or annual spending requirement under this version of the program.

The trade discount does not apply to samples, gift cards, standalone accessories, shipping or delivery charges, taxes, warranties, protection plans, measurement or installation services, service fees, or any product or charge LuxDrape identifies as excluded.

Eligibility is determined by LuxDrape at the time of purchase. Products, options, and exclusions may change as the assortment changes.

The trade code cannot be combined with a public promotion, sale code, or another discount code unless LuxDrape expressly states otherwise. If a public promotion produces a better price, the member may use that public promotion instead of the trade code.

The code must be entered in the standard cart or checkout discount field before the order is submitted. A trade discount cannot be added retroactively after an order has been placed.

The code is assigned to the approved member or business, is non-transferable, and may be used only for that member's legitimate professional projects. It may not be sold, posted publicly, distributed through coupon services, or shared for unrelated consumer purchases.

The member is responsible for activity involving the code and must notify partners@luxdrape.com if the code is lost, exposed, or used without authorization. Contact the trade team if the approved business needs to designate an ordering contact.

Trade orders are subject to the same product, payment, shipping, return, cancellation, fit protection, and other store policies that apply at the time of purchase unless LuxDrape confirms a written exception.

Custom products are made from the measurements, quantities, materials, colors, linings, headers, controls, and other selections submitted with the order. The member is responsible for reviewing and confirming all final specifications, client approvals, delivery information, and site conditions before checkout. Guidance from LuxDrape does not replace the member's professional judgment or responsibility for final measurements and selections.

Approved members may request up to five complimentary fabric sample books, subject to availability, shipping limitations, and reasonable program controls. Sample availability does not guarantee product availability.

Trade support may assist with materials, configuration, measurement resources, and order preparation, but does not include on-site measurement, installation, engineering, or licensed professional services unless separately agreed in writing.

Trade membership does not automatically create tax-exempt status. A member requesting resale or other tax-exempt treatment must complete LuxDrape's separate verification process and provide valid documentation before the applicable order. Approval cannot be applied retroactively where prohibited or operationally unavailable.

LuxDrape may suspend or terminate a membership or code for misuse, inaccurate application information, fraud, payment disputes, policy violations, public code sharing, or conduct that may harm LuxDrape, its customers, or the program. Any orders placed before suspension remain subject to the policies and obligations in effect when ordered.

LuxDrape may modify or discontinue the program, benefits, eligibility rules, exclusions, discount rate, or these terms. Material changes will apply prospectively from the effective date communicated on this page or by email, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, fraud, or operational harm.

Application and membership information is handled under the LuxDrape Privacy Policy. Transactional communications about an application, membership, code, or order are part of program administration. Marketing consent is separate and is not a condition of applying or purchasing.

The LuxDrape Terms of Service, including its provisions concerning governing law, limitations, disputes, and website use, is incorporated into these terms. If these Trade Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a matter specific to the trade benefit, these Trade Program Terms control for that matter.
