How do I measure for custom drapes?
For width, measure the curtain rod length (not the window). For height, measure from the rod to where you want the curtains to end - floor-length should hover 1/2 inch above the floor, while puddle-length adds 2-4 inches for a luxurious pooling effect. What's the difference between pleat styles?
Pinch pleat offers a classic, formal look with sewn-in pleats that create structured folds. Grommet has metal rings for a modern, casual aesthetic with wide, even waves. Rod pocket slides directly onto the rod for a simple, gathered look. Each style affects how the fabric hangs and moves.
Which lining should I choose?
Compare the current lining options in the configurator and lining guide. Ratings apply to the lining material; face fabric and gaps around the window affect the finished room. Check samples in daylight and with room lights on at night.
How long until I receive my order?
Each drapery panel is handcrafted to your specifications. Production takes 5–7 business days, and shipping takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Custom-made orders include free shipping.
Can I return custom drapery?
Custom drapery that matches the confirmed order is not returnable for customer measurement errors or changes of mind. Report wrong or faulty items within 30 days of delivery, or arrival damage within 3 days, with your order number and photos. Review the Refund Policy before ordering.
Do you offer installation services?
While we don't provide direct installation services, our curtains are designed for easy DIY installation with included hardware and detailed instructions. We also partner with local installers in major metropolitan areas - contact us for recommendations in your area.

I just received cafe curtains for a very narrow long window in my laundry room. Quality of marerial and finish of hem look great. Communication and delivery were better than expected.

These are described as linen curtains, but they are not they are they linen/polyester blend. I thought I was getting true linen so I’m a little disappointed.
