Inside Mount: Measure the exact window opening — width at top, middle, bottom (use narrowest) and height at left, center, right (use longest). Factory takes all deductions automatically.
Inside mount requires a frame depth of more than 2 inches. The factory deducts 10 mm from the submitted opening width. Enter the exact opening measurement and do not make your own deduction.

How do I measure for roman shades?
For inside mount, measure the width and height of your window frame in three places (top, middle, bottom for width; left, center, right for height). Use the smallest measurements. For outside mount, measure the area you want to cover, adding 3-4 inches beyond the window frame on each side for optimal light blocking.

Since shades are custom-made to your measurements, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. We recommend ordering fabric samples first to confirm color and material. If there is a defect, contact us within 30 days for a replacement.
